Privacy Policy
Our promise
Tell Your Problem is built on a simple promise: you remain completely anonymous. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal information. We do not track you. We do not share your data.
What we collect
When you submit a story, we store only the text you write and the category you select. We do not store your IP address, browser fingerprint, or any device information.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (our security check) may set a minimal cookie to verify you are human โ this is anonymous and not used for tracking.
Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. You can learn more about how Google handles data at Google's partner site policy.
Data retention
Stories you share remain on our site indefinitely unless we choose to remove them. There is no account system, so we cannot delete individual stories on request โ every submission is truly anonymous.
Third-party services
We use Supabase to store submitted stories and Cloudflare to host and secure the site. Both services have their own privacy policies and security measures.
